Change is hard! MyProjectAdvisor serves project managers who implement change within organizations. Our mission is to increase the value of project management through the development of individuals' leadership skills and personal competencies. Through training, education, assessment tools, and coaching, MyProjectAdvisor helps project managers grow in their profession by increasing their personal effectiveness.

MyProjectAdvisor provides an extraordinary leadership development experience for project managers who want to get more out their profession using the following steps:

  1. Establish direction and commitment. You will start with being true to yourself and establishing convictions about the benefits of self-knowledge and self-improvement.
  2. Acquire leadership behaviors and learn to assess them. You'll then learn key leadership, trust-building, and relationship skills. You will build your own feedback mechanisms with which to assess them.
  3. Practice your leadership repertoire. You will move on to regular repetition and experimentation with trusted relationships to refine your leadership skills and behaviors. Along the way, you'll benefit from constant monitoring through feedback mechanisms.
  4. Serve your community. You'll become a Project Advisor by giving back to the profession, mentoring and learning through others, and experiencing a meaningful profession with higher self-actualization.
