MyProjectAdvisor provides workshops for project managers and change drivers that focus on leadership development unique to the project management environment. Whether you manage strategic projects or tactical projects, project managers face unique challenges, such as matrix teams, diversity, changing priorities, or responsibility with limited authority. Leadership skills in this environment are critical to success.

MyProjectAdvisor provides a meaningful framework (Personal Competency Pyramid) for building relationship and leadership skills. In small group workshops, you will work side-by-side with peers to experience and practice critical leadership and relationship building skills. Our workshops are dynamic, interactive learning environments that send you away with new skills, a personal plan for growing your profession and tools with which to measure your effectiveness.

Public workshops are offered around the country. To get the most of these workshops, participants are recommended to have a firm grasp of project management, a desire to manage strategic projects and a strong desire for personal growth.
