What to ExpectParticipants in MyProjectAdvisor workshops come away feeling empowered to take control their project management profession. We don’t attempt to teach leadership, but rather expose fundamental leadership concepts such as relationship building, visioning, listening, framing, establishing compatibility and trust-based relationships. We allow participates to practice these concepts and then discuss and learn from each other how to practically apply them. Most importantly, participants leave with the support of MyProjectAdvisor and their peers to implement their personally developed leadership plan to create meaningful change in their profession. The workshops are part lecture and part experiential learning and include:
The success of any given workshop is the responsibility of both the workshop facilitator and each of the participants. The facilitators bring a wealth of wisdom, experience, and knowledge, as well as the basic form of the workshop. The participants bring a wealth of knowledge, challenges, desires and their own unique personal experiences to the workshop. Together, they create a dynamic learning environment unique to MyProjectAdvisor workgroups. |
